About Challenge

Challenge Disability Services provide Supported Independent Living programs (also known as group homes). We provide modern 3-5 bedroom homes with Support Workers on hand 24/7 for NDIS participants with Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding.

We support participants with low, moderate and high support needs with a physical and or Mental Health diagnosis & across all identified disabilities, from all backgrounds, in single and multiple programs.

We identify individual needs and tailor programs to suit. Every program is aimed at developing and maximizing each individual’s potential as a person and as a member of the community.

The role

The role of a Disability Support Worker in Accommodation Services is to provide support to our clients with a disability who require assistance with personal care and daily tasks; with a strong focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible within a shared living and one on one environment.
