Our client is a large and innovative government agency dedicated to uplifting digital capability within the Federal Government. About the Role
Our client is seeking an Administrator to be responsible for different administrating processes on a new platform, to ensure that the sign-up process and members profiles run smoothly. This platform is to enable members to grow and learn within their profession and have recognition for their skills.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

  • Working on the sign-up process for members, making sure the process runs smoothly.
  • Communicating with members and guiding them through to the next stage of the process.
  • Managing any enquires about the sign-up process.
  • Building members profiles and issuing digital badges for recognition of members.
  • Other tasks directed from the service designer.

About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Hold a minimum baseline clearance or is an Australian citizen.
  • Experience with CSS and HTML
  • Proven administration skills (sign up process and building user profiles)
  • Experience using Microsoft office.
  • Problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using automated mailing software (Mailchimp or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Digital Service Standard and Style Manual.
