Why our team needs you

Our Safer Communities department are currently looking for a Business Support Officer to join their team providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers and provide business support function to the statutory and regulatory Community Safety, Public & Environmental Health and School Crossings team.

  • Salary from $33.20 per hour (Band 4), plus superannuation
  • Temporary Full Time for 6 months
  • Fortnightly RDO available
  • Flexible/Part-Time options considered

What you’ll bring to our team

  • Experience in Pathway, TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere) systems
  • Experience providing support to teams undertaking legislative and community focused tasks would be highly desirable. 
  • Skills in working with people, under tight timeframes and providing exceptional customer service are essential.
  • General knowledge of the Local Amenity Law 2020 and other relevant local law, Environmental Health legislation and Councils School Crossing service is desirable.
