The Role

The Archive Officer is responsible for the management of the Council’s archived paper and digital records. While there is a backlog of paper records to process, the Council is about to commence archiving digital records.  As Archive Officer you will assist in the implementation of the digital archive and then be responsible for the ongoing processing of archived digital records.

About you

You will have studied in archive management or a related field, and/or extensive experience in archive management or a related field.  You will also have a good understanding of the framework in which information management operates in Victoria.  Experience using SharePoint and Local Government knowledge would be an advantage.
