The Role

As the MobileLending Manager, you will assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs in pursuit of specific sales, service, growth and connected customer targets, with an emphasis on mortgages and home lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor a mortgage marketing and business plan, and subsequently achieve the goals set by Suncorp
• Monitor and analyse portfolio growth, sales, service, credit quality, and expense results for the portfolio
• Identify and implement corrective activity where performance gaps exist within budgeted targets
• Identify an acceptable level of lending risk, in line with Suncorp’s risk appetite
• Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with Suncorp’s values
• Ensuring all digital introduced business is actioned in specified SLA’s
• Provide options for appropriate solutions to customer needs
• Support improvement and monitor the relevant customer service / customer satisfaction out comes for the portfolio

The Technical Assessing team works as part of the Support Engineering function, providing support to the business through analysing and documenting applicable requirements in support of continuing airworthiness. The Technical Assessor fulfils the role of the logistics and technical interface between Engineering, Technical Support Services, and Material Support & Supply teams.

About the role

As a Technical Assessor you will be working in a team environment and be involved in a variety of tasks relating to identification and management of Aeronautical Product (AP). This would include:

• Managing and maintaining the approved Authority to Fit systems on behalf of the customer
• Conducting Technical Spares Assessments, Stock Level Assessment and Cataloguing Services
• Working closely across multiple areas of the business regarding inventory management issues
• Supporting Repairable Item Managers and Spares Inventory Managers in ensuring AP is authorised, correctly documented and serviceable prior to acceptance into stores
• Identification and management of Hazardous Materials and Problematic Items of Supply in ChemAlert

About you

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The skills and experience best suited to this role:

• Previous aviation maintenance experience
• Certificate IV in Aero skills or equivalent Aviation Technical Trade qualifications
• Knowledge of logistic assessing, technical publications, DASR and Hazardous Chemicals would be an advantage but not mandatory
• Previous experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation
• Strong technical vocabulary to allow correct interpretation and processing of technical information
